Senior Day Services

Senior Day Services is a community-based program offered through Cokato Manor to provide services and activities that enable functionally-impaired individuals to remain in their homes and a part of the community longer. This service also provides respite relief to their caregivers. Meals, snacks, daily activities, fitness, medications, bathing, and spiritual development are a part of the day’s activities.

Waivered service and private pay are accepted. Transportation is provided within a 20-mile radius of Cokato.

Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (excluding holidays).

Home-Delivered Meals

This program provides nutritious meals to the residents of Cokato; we deliver healthy and wholesome meals to homes seven days a week.

Congregate Dining

Congregate dining is offered as a noon meal with friends and neighbors. Along with the meals, nutrition advice and education is provided to participants on a regular basis. The meals are served Monday through Friday at 12:00 pm in the Cokato Apartments I Community Room.

Rehab Services

In partnership with RehabCare, we provide community outpatient rehabilitation services which include:

  • Physical therapy
  • Occupational therapy
  • Speech/language therapy
  • Orthotics
  • Prosthetics

Community Fitness

CCT Health & Wellness uses equipment specifically designed to provide comfortable, safe, and highly effective strength building for seniors over 55 years of age. Strength preservation throughout life can prevent or lessen the effects of osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes, and heart disease. A staff trainer is present to teach correct technique and to help customize an exercise regime to fit your needs. Group classes, wellness assessments, and fitness memberships are available upon request.

Child Daycare

Cokato Manor’s “The PlayHouse” is a child home daycare within the facility. Included in the program are daily planned activities, snacks, and interaction with residents within our facility. Your child may participate full– or part-time depending on your needs. Our staff is trained in child and adult CPR and first aid. They also receive continued education on a regular basis to enhance their childcare abilities.
